Quickbooks Online Paypal sales receipt details seems to have stopped working in the past few days. Same on two separate qbo accounts, two browsers, cleared browsing hist

Hi there, ChasFromMassachusetts.

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to view your PayPal sales receipts in your QuickBooks Online account.

In this instance, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have specialized tools, like screen sharing, to take a closer look at your account to determine what's causing the receipts to not sync. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.

The following linked article provides these steps if you ever need them again in the future: QuickBooks Online Support

Please don't hesitate to reach back out here if you have any other questions or concerns. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.

Thanks for your reply, Morgan, I will see if I can get support via screenshare.

Paypal sales receipts on the integration are a bit of a mystery to me - they do not exist in invoicing until after I edit details and submit the transaction.  I have no idea how to pre-set product selected based on what is in the description sent from Paypal; there seems to be no documentation how to do this; but so far things I have tried with rules that work on other normal bank account imports do nothing to change the assumed sales receipt details.   Perhaps I can get support on that as well via screen share help but it seems useful for there to be a community resource so asking here.

Thanks again,

Charlie

OK, so a Live Chat session on the third try and 45 minutes got me sent to a generic help page, and what I need is actually an expert able to do a screen share to see and hopefully solve the problem there.  How does one get to this sort of actual help?
