Quickbooks Online vendor transaction list doesn't show all transactions

I know I should have a purchase order for amazon, and i know the purchase order number and the amount. I have a bill, and a bill payment in transaction list, but the purchase order is not there. I search ctrl-f the transaction list for the amount, all i see are the bill and bill payment. I ctrl f search for the purchase order number, no results. I click in the top qbo search bar, put in the po number, and it shows the result correctly there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYUSZa15mnQ

Let's make sure that the purchase order date and the Report period are the same, dataforge.

This can be the reason why some transactions are not showing on the report.

If the same thing happens, let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. To start with, let's open QuickBooks on a private window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A cache piled can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Afterward, let's try running the report again and check to see if you can now see the transactions.

I've also added an article for some FAQ about purchase order: Purchase Orders in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to get back to me if there's anything else that I can help you with. Keep safe always!
