The option to show the tags/campaign in the invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Your customer will only see the details in the actual invoice that you sent to them since tags is primarily used to track transactions. However, you'd like to use the customizable labels for easy reporting. Then, run reports for tag groups to see how tagged transactions are performing. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu and select Tags.
- Find a group on the list.
- Under the Action column, press Run report.
