Try sending a dummy invoice to your email address to see if you get the same thing. If yes, please contact our Support to report this behavior. Supports needs a reporting client to investigate this behavior. If not, please resend the invoice to your client.
Our Support team is available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST.
- Click on Help and type in customers cannot view invoices.
- If you get a suggested topic about invoices, select not helpful and type need human.
- If you get a suggestion, choose I still need a human and click Contact Us.
