Hi there, @betty9.

 

Before we begin, may I know if you received an error message when printing invoices through Batch actions drop-down? Knowing a few more details will ensure I provide the most accurate resolution. 

 

In the meantime, let's start by switching to a different browser or using a private window when logging in to QuickBooks. When the cache is full, it can potentially cause performance errors.

 

You may refer to the steps below depending upon which browser you're using:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache in the internet browser. Resetting it will allow you to start fresh and resolve issues, such as not being able to use the print batch action feature.
