Join nowI was wondering if there is a way to create a batch of invoices for all customers. We have a dues that are due in January and have almost 500 customers. I was hoping I wouldn't have to create and invoice and then copy and save it for each customer.
Thank you,
Hi Sylvrleef,
For now, creating invoices by batch in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. You'll have to create them one at a time. Though, you can check for any third-party applications in the App Centre that offer similar services.
Here's how to find them:
I'd also suggest sending feedback to our product engineers about this option. To do this, just click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner and select Feedback.
I'll be around if you have any other questions about QuickBooks. Thanks.
I'm having the same problem. Really annoying. QBOE used to have this feature for several years. My concern is that QB is working on making this a higher priced feature. Otherwise, I can't think of any reason why they'd remove the feature.
Please let me know if you find a better software solution.

Currently, the option to create batch invoices is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. You'll want to upgrade for the advanced version or check for a third-party application as suggested by my colleague @RenjolynC.
Let me share with you the benefits of using QBO Advanced. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/advanced/#benefits.
Please follow the steps above on how find an app.

It's unclear from the link if QBOE (the NEW more EXPENSIVE one) does what QBOE used to do with invoicing years ago.
Can I click on Sales>Unbillable Time and send invoices to all of my clients with a batch send?
Hello @gogetem,
Currently, there isn't an option to send a batch invoice for your customer's unbilled time charges.
In the meantime, you'll have to manually create an invoice for your customer's unbilled time charges.
Once completed, you can send the invoice to your customers in batch. To do so:
To add, you can take a look at the screenshot I've included below.
