Are you referring to QuickBooks Online? If so, you can check the charges and identify them from your bank statement. Though I would recommend contacting our specialist to assist you further with this. They can also check it in a private environment.
Here are the steps to contact them:
- Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner.
- Select Contact us at the bottom part of the pop-up window. You'll see a box that lets you enter about your concern, let's say billing information.
- Then, click Let's Talk.
