I tried creating a transaction on my account, and I can still select the Save and close option. There's a possibility that this is a cache-related concern. Though cache helps your browser or device's background processes run smoothly, it can also cause unexpected results when piled up. Here's how to do it's troubleshooting:
- Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
- If you're able to select Save and close when saving the transactions, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
- Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.
