Let me step in and help you with your sales tax in your QuickBooks Online account. Once you updated your Sales Tax, you can no longer get back to the old sales tax feature. However, you can set up your sales tax and make sure that the address from your customer filled out correctly since automated sales tax will be based on those addresses.
