Paying your vendors in QuickBooks Online is super easy. To setup the Bill Pay service, follow these quick steps:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Online Bill Pay Learn More page, then Get Started.
- Enter your company information, then click Next.
- Follow the prompts to connect your bank account. (For more information: Online Bill Pay - Add a new bank account.)
- Hit Open, then Next.
- Enter in your personal information, then select Next.
- Finally, answer a few identity check questions. If you have issues with this process or are declined during the identity check process, contact Intuit's Care Support.
Once you've setup your Online Bill Pay service, you can start paying vendors.
