Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.
If you already followed these steps and still unable to update your billing info, I'd recommend using a private browser to access your account. There might be a cache build-up on it that's causing this behavior.
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
If you're able to successfully update your information, clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
