You're referring to the invoices for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, correct? If so, the ability to add an alternate email address for billing invoices is currently unavailable. Only the registered email address of the Master Admin will receive the notification.

However, if you're referring invoices sent to your customers, you add multiple email addresses by them by comma and space.
Here's how:
- In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left pane to get to the Invoices page.
- Select the invoice to send.
- In the Customer email section, enter the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
- Hit Send.
