There are things that we'll need to figure out why things go like this in your book. It could be that an account was used when creating transactions that were not included when preparing 1099s. Another possible reason is when the amount is less than 600.
That said, you may want to open the transactions and check the amount of it. Also, you can check out these articles for more information about 1099s.

Thanks for your reply. I had a QB expert remote in and I didn't know I had to choose the sub-categories as well as the parent category for contract labor. As soon as I did, the reports and correct amounts showed up.
