Customer Name color on AR reports

When pulling up my accounts receivable aging report, I would like to be able to identify those customers who may be past due but have contacted me regarding payment in the future so I do not send them reminders.  Is there any way to possibly change the customers name color or make any changes that would set these customers apart from the others?   I manually send reminders out and do not use the automatic function as I know the payment patterns on many of the clients.  However with so many clients I sometimes forget when someone states that they will pay the invoice at such and such time.  Hope that makes sense to someone.  Thanks

Customer Name color on AR reports

Welcome to Community, @gwsw.

I have some information about adding color to the customer's name on the aging report. While this option isn't possible, you can export the report to Excel and then add the colors to your name from there. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to the Report menu at the top.
  2. Choose Customers & Receivables, then pick A/R Aging Summary.
  3. Select the Excel drop-down from the top., and then tap Create New Worksheet.
  4. Click Export.

After exporting, open the Excel file and then highlight the customer's name and add the colors from there.

Thank you for that tip.  I will try it but would be nice if there was a more permanent option that allowed me to do the same under the Customer Name Tab so it would show it that way in every report I made.  I do appreciate the answer and I will use it.  Happy holidays to you.
