Customer service phone number

This is the only way to reach customer service.  I would recommend using the "Get a call back" feature.  The chat never seems to work.  It will tell you there is a 5 minute wait, but you'll wait for HOURS on end. And that's if you ever get a response.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to the Help icon.
3. Click the Contact Us button.
4. Provide some details about your concern in What can we help you with? field and choose Continue.
5. After adding some insight, tick on the Let's talk button.
6. Choose a way to connect with us by selecting Start messaging or Get a callback.
