Join nowis it possible to customize a statement of cash flow by months? i would like to add beginning and ending cash
Unfortunately, it's not possible to customize the Cash Flow report format as you want in QBO at this time. I normally export to excel and change the data format I need.
If I upgrade to QB 2020 for Mac, could I then run a Cash Flow statement showing multiple months on a single report?
Thanks for checking in with us, mmonroy.
The Statement of Cash Flows lets you know how your business is doing by showing you the amount of cash that flows in your business. Also, it shows the amount that flows out within a specific period.
When running the Statement of Cash Flows report in QuickBooks for Mac, we can change the Report period. This way we can wider or narrower the date range by displaying the columns by Months option.
However, the option to show multiple months in separate date columns is unavailable. Cases like this, we need to export the report to Excel. From there, you can customize the report with the multiple date period.
