Hi, alaser-tali2019
Turn on Location from Company settings and use Expense screen to transfer from one location to another location.
For example, create a zero dollar expense, move to expense screen
01. Items section select negative quantity the items you want to move from the present location
and category section select positive amounts and inventory asset account > Save.
02. Similarly, create another zero dollar expense transaction, increase the quantity with the positive amounts and select location where you want to move the items and category section select negative amounts and inventory asset account > Save.
Use a clearing bank account to avoid any confusion.

You can use a workaround mentioned by Rajanikanth. Another option, consider using an inventory maangement and integrating it to your QBO.
In an inventory management app, we may create a stock transfer document and shift stock between our warehouses. On purchase orders, we can specify the warehouse where we wish to receive the stock. When the purchase order is received it will direct the stock into that location. On sales orders, we can specify the location we wish to send goods from. The stock from that location will automatically decrease when the sales order is fulfilled. The same method is applicable to sell on consignment. We may set up a stock location and do a stock transfer to move stock into that consignment location. We can then create sales orders from that location.
