Dear Sir/Madam, I can not change my payment method

Good day, dcdfrontdesk.

 

For now, you can pay your subscription using a credit card (Master Card, Visa or AMEX) or setting up a direct debit. We're unable to accept EFT and ACH payment methods.

 

If you'll want to update from direct debit to credit card payment method or vice versa, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then click Edit payment method.
  4. Choose the preferred payment method by clicking the drop-down arrow, then fill in the necessary fields.
  5. Submit the changes.
