Welcome and thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I can help create a list of references that you can send to your customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Just to confirm, are you referring to a list of your customers and filter them by City? If so, try to pull up the Customer Contact List report. Although you can't filter this report by City, you can add a Billing City or Shipping City column instead. Here's how:
1. Go to Reports menu at the left pane, then type Customer Contact List on the search bar.
2. Click Customize at the top.
3. On the Rows/Columns drop-down, select Change columns.
4. Put a check mark on Billing City or Shipping City, then Run Report.
