Does anyone know how I can run a mailing list of this years customers. Or a list of customers who made a purchase for any time period.

It's my pleasure to help out so you're able to view the report you need.

My first recommendation is to run the Customer Contact List report. Here's how:

1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation panel.

2. Enter Customer Contact List in the search field.

3. This will produce a list of all of your customer's along with their contact info. 

You may also want to try the Transaction List by Customer Report, and filter it for this year. This can be done by:

1. Clicking the Reports tab.

2. Enter Transaction List by Customer in the search bar.

3. Select the Report period drop-down menu and choose This Year-to-date or This Year to show data specifically from this year.

4. Click Run report.

This is what I have been doing, I was hoping I could run one report. 

Turns out I need to filter the customer contact list with the customers I get from the transaction list.

I also like the sales by customer summary report. I can get just the customers names and total purchase for whatever time period. It makes a more concise list to use in selecting the customers on the customer contact list.

That's what I have been doing.  I was hoping to get it all on one report.  But, I'm learning I need to run both reports to get the mailing list I want.
