I have some idea about how to view the receipt snap. Let's start by resetting your app data as our first troubleshooting step. Let's go to your account to see it.
After that, go back and check the receipt snap again. If it doesn't work, I recommend doing a full reinstallation of the app. The steps below will help you accomplish this:
