I'm glad to have you here in the Community space, @louisgeorges2000.
I can share some information about the linking process of Paypal with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
With our Connect to PayPal app integration, QuickBooks tracks your invoices and add your transactions from PayPal automatically. They're carried over on the Banking screen in the “For Review” tab, allowing you to handle them just like a bank connection.
For your guide in linking your Paypal account with QBO, you can refer to the following tutorial and article:
That should do it, louisgeorges2000. Leave me a comment if you have more questions. I'd be around to help you more. Have a blissful day.

Could I import all existing invoices on the paypal account?
Hi there, @jvigoreaux.
Yes, you can import all your existing invoices to QuickBooks. When you import the transactions for the first time, you'll have the option of selecting a past date (or enter the start date on the first time you have used PayPal).
The transaction that you have imported will appear in the For Review tab in Banking, as my colleague has stated.
Also, if you have entered the date range in error or want to change the date range after connecting, you can disconnect and reconnect PayPal to import the transactions with the correct start date.
For more details on how to connect and manage PayPal app transactions in QBO, you can reference this article: Use the Connect to PayPal app. From there, you can go to the Connect to PayPal section for your quick guide on how to handle transactions within QuickBooks.
You can also check the Connect to PayPal FAQ for answers to questions like how to change your PayPal settings and how are fees handled in QuickBooks.
Feel free to place a comment if you have additional questions. I'll get back to you in a moment. Stay safe.
Hi @Jovychris_A ,
Thanks for the response.
I tried this with one of your team members and the invoices DID NOT merge, just the transactions. I would like the integration to add invoices, literally.
I was planning on manually using Import Data, Invoices.
Thanks,
Hello there, @jvigoreaux.
Yes, you can download your PayPal invoices and import it to QuickBooks. I can guide you on how to do it.
First, here's the specific file format or required columns to be included. I've added a screenshot of the sample file for your reference.
Once the file is completed, you can start the importing process. By doing this, you can make sure that the information matches the downloaded PayPal transactions. Here's how:
Once imported, you can start receiving payments for each invoice then match it with the downloaded transactions from PayPal. You can read through this article for more detailed steps: Import multiple invoices at once.
Lastly, I've added these articles as additional reference in managing your invoices and other sales forms:

Hi @IamjuViel ,
Thanks for taking the time to explain.
Nevertheless, the function I was looking for was an automatic invoice transaction import.
I was hoping once I would Connect to Paypal as an app, it would linked the system to automatically sincronize all the invoices into the QBO platform.
I see now the only way to do it is manually.
Please consider adding this option to the Paypal app linking software in the near future. I know it would help a lot of people.
Thanks,
