Expenses tab, Under vendors. Open bills or Paid bills tabs are not showing a Chronological list of open or paid bills anymore. Is this a setting that can be corrected?

When opening the Open bill and paid bills tabs. It used to list just the open bills and paid bills. Now it shows all vendors in my system and I have to scroll through to find the vendor with the open bill.

Thanks for coming to the Community for your concerns. I'm here to help you get past this issue. 

 

It could be that you're experiencing a browser-related problem. Usually, this unexpected behavior occurs when there's too much cache in the browser. 

 

Let's access your QuickBooks (QBO) account using a private browser to confirm. You can follow the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, go back to your default browser and start clearing the cache and cookies. Otherwise, I'd recommend using another supported browser as your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
