Join nowStarted with QBO January 2020. How far can you go back and print the P&L and Balance sheet? It does not look like you can go back farther but maybe it is because I don't have any 2019 information.

Let me provide you some information about how far you can go and print the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet report, CK18.
You'll be able to go back and print reports regardless of date as long as transactions are being entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Reports are usually generated based on the information entered.
You'll want to make sure that you've entered the transactions in QBO and select the correct Report period for the information to show. I've added a screenshot so you'll be able to see it visually.
For your reference, you might want to customize your reports that you want to print.
