Finding past (not active clients) clients in Sales

Finding your inactive clients from the Sales tab can be done with ease, @lonnieabcservice!

Here's how:

  1. On the left pane, click Sales.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Click the Gear icon above the ACTION icon.
  4. Put a mark next to Include inactive.
  5. Type in "deleted" in the Search box beside the Batch actions drop-down, then press Enter.

 

That will show you all the customers that you've marked as inactive. Check the screenshot below:

To make them active again, simply click Make active under the Action column. Refer to these links for more info about managing your customer list:
