I'll make sure to help you figure this out, tangala88.
Let's check the Filter from the Expense Transactions page to see if you can access the lists. Here's how:
- From the Expenses tab, select Expenses.
- Click the Filter drop-down menu.
- Choose Expense from the Type of transactions drop-down.
- Click Apply.
If you're still unable to see the expense transactions you've entered, let's determine if this has something to do with your browser's cache. Excessive files in your browser may have caused this glitch. Start opening your account into a private browser. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works, you may need to go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.
That should get you going. If you have any other concerns, do add them below. I'll be sure to answer them.
