gross annual dollar volume of sales

Hi there, @BeckyB.

You can run a Profit and Loss report, then customize its date to show your gross sales. This includes all transactions that are linked to your sales accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Profit and Loss.
  3. Set the reporting period and look for the Income section.
  4. Click Run report.

You can click the numbers in the TOTAL column of the report to show its breakdown.

Also, you can customize the Profit and Loss report to focus on the details that matter to your business. After that, You can memorize the report to save the current customization settings. For the detailed steps, kindly visit this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need further help in viewing annual gross sales. I'll be here to help you out. Have a nice day.
