I'll help you fix the bill payment exchange rate, @sydexusa.

QBO should be able to recognize the Euro exchange rate. Since it's unable to identify the rate, I'd suggest deleting and then recreate the bill. Make sure to take note of the details before removing the transaction.

Once you've recreated the bill, go to the Expenses menu and find the foreign bill in question to make a payment from there.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses tab in the Expenses menu.
  2. Find the foreign bill then click the drop-down from the Action column, select Mark as paid/make a payment.
  3. In the Bill payment window, enter the details.
  4. Click Save and close.

This will get you back to business.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Care Support team to investigate this further. Your account can be pulled up by using their tools and do share-screen if you want to show them more details.

You can reach them by following these steps:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type your query and then Continue.
  4. Choose to Start a chat or Get a callback.

Please place a comment here if you have other questions regarding expenses topics in QBO. I'll make sure to get back to you.
