Has the invoicing functionality gotten broken recently? All invoices I send miss attachments. No idea why QB is bothering to send invoice email without attachment.

Has the invoicing functionality gotten broken recently? All invoices I send miss attachments. No idea why QB is bothering to send invoice email without attachment.

Let's make sure that we've ticked the option to include PDF on the invoice, vassili-gorshkov.

 

Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Go to the Sales tab.
  3. Click the Online delivery section.
  4. Tick the PDF Attached box.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

 

 

If you want to let your customers pay the invoice online, you can send an online invoice: Take and Process Payments Online.
