Help please. How do I turn off the online payment option. It is blocking me from using checks.

Do you mean the "Schedule Payment" option to pay a bill? If so, follow the steps below to locate the feature to change the option to "Mark as Paid," which is replacing the "Make Payment" choice.

1. Go to the Expenses tab.
2. Choose the Expenses section.
3. Locate the Bill.
4. Under Action, select the drop-down arrow beside of Schedule Payment in the blue writing.
5. Now pick the "Mark as Paid" option.
