Hey there, @useraccunting3.

I've got you covered. You can turn on the multi-currency feature to be able to record transactions in foreign currencies. It's easy to use the feature.

Here's how:

Turn on multicurrency

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Under the "Your company" column, pick Account and Settings
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Press the Edit (Pencil) icon in the Currency portion.
  5. Choose your Home Currency and then ensure the Multicurrency is on by clicking the radio button.
  6. Put a check in the "I understand I can't undo Multicurrency."
  7. Tap Save and then Done

Add currencies

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon.
  2. Locate and click the Currencies option. Note: This option is available after you turn on multicurrency.
  3. Tap Add currency
  4. Choose the new currency from the Add Currency drop-down menu.
  5. Hit Add

Learn more about managing your currencies through this link.

This should do the trick. I'm only a comment away if you need anything else. Just hit the Reply button. Have a splendid week!

@useraccounting3

As another option, you don't need to enable the multicurrency feature. Explore these options to release invoice in your home currency (USD) and your customers will pay it in their local currency (e.g Euro).
