I've got you covered. You can turn on the multi-currency feature to be able to record transactions in foreign currencies. It's easy to use the feature.
Here's how:
Turn on multicurrency
- Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Under the "Your company" column, pick Account and Settings.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Press the Edit (Pencil) icon in the Currency portion.
- Choose your Home Currency and then ensure the Multicurrency is on by clicking the radio button.
- Put a check in the "I understand I can't undo Multicurrency."
- Tap Save and then Done.
Add currencies
- Go to the Gear (Settings) icon.
- Locate and click the Currencies option. Note: This option is available after you turn on multicurrency.
- Tap Add currency.
- Choose the new currency from the Add Currency drop-down menu.
- Hit Add.
