Hi, I haven't seen Vendors recently. What should I do to make the Vendors visible again?

On the other hand, everything is fine with the Customers, but I can't reach the Vendors.

I understand that you are currently unable to see vendors in QuickBooks Online and would like assistance in resolving this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and I would be more than happy to help you make vendors visible again in your QuickBooks Online account.
 

If you are unable to see vendors in QuickBooks Online, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this problem:

 

  1. Check the Vendor Center: Start by navigating to the Vendor Center in QuickBooks Online. To do this, click the Expenses tab in the left-hand menu, then select Vendors from the drop-down menu. This will take you to the Vendor Center, where you should be able to see a list of vendors. If you do not see any vendors listed, proceed to the next step.
  2. Verify Vendor Status: Ensure that the vendors you are looking for are active and not set as inactive. To verify this, go to the Expenses and select the Vendors. Under Action, if you see Make active, it means that the vendor is inactive. Click the Make active to ensure your vendor is active.
  3. Use a different browser: It's worth trying to access QuickBooks Online using a different browser. Sometimes, issues can be specific to a particular browser, so switching to an alternative one can help determine if the problem lies with the browser itself. (Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N, Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N, Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P, Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P)
  4. Browser Cache: One possible reason could be that your browser cache stores outdated information. Clearing your browser cache can help resolve this issue. You can do this by going to your browser settings and clearing the cache and cookies.
