How can I alter an accounts receivable statement's format?

I can help you customize your report, carol44.

You can customize the report based on your preferences. Let me guide you through the steps.

  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Hamburger icon and select the Reports menu.
  2. Enter, Accounts receivable aging details.
  3. Click the Customize button.
  4. For the Report period, select Custom and enter the dates you wish to see.
  5. For the Aging drop-down, tick Report date then enter the days per aging period.
  6. Select the drop-down Filter and tick the box for the variable you need to add.
  7. Verify the details then hit Run report.

Check out this article for more information about customizing reports.

Fill me in if you need further assistance with customizing your report. I'm just around corner, ready to back you up. Have a good one.
