How can I do a rent increase at one time

I'd be glad to guide help arrange a rent increase in QuickBooks Online, @husband2002.

You can edit the recurring transaction's rate for the rent. I'll show you how: 

1. Go to the Settings ⚙️ menu.
2. Under Lists, choose Recurring Transactions.
3. Select the appropriate template, then select the Action column ▼ drop-down menu and choose Edit.
4. Once the transaction is open, make the changes, and then click the Save template button.

If you haven't created a recurring transaction, let's edit the product and service rate. 

Here's how: 

1. At the left panel, choose Sales. 
2. Select the Product and Services tab.
3. Look for the rent and click Edit under the Action column.
4. On the Product/Service information page, make the changes for the rate.
5. Once done, click Save and close.
