How can I find the detail of receives against a Purchase Order in QBO?

Welcome to the Community, @steven-smith.

You can manually open the purchase order if you're referring to the linked transactions you make against your PO. Just click on the link below the status of your PO to open the transactions you created. I've attached a screenshot for your guide.

Also, QuickBooks Online has several reports that can help with your search. If you're referring to something else, you can check this related article to learn more about how PO works in QBO: Create purchase orders in QuickBooks Online.

If this isn't what you need, you can always get back to me. Any additional details about your concern are greatly appreciated. Just let me know by hitting the Reply button below. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

How can I find the detail of receives against a Purchase Order in QBO?

in QBO, we can get a report of Open Purchase Orders. Is there any way to customize a report to get a list of Purchase Orders recently Closed, as in fully received?

My client needs a way to tell the warehouse when to ship a completed order to a customer, when their products may come from multiple vendors on separate PO's.

I'll help you get around your concern, FL_Guru.

We're unable to pull up a specific report for closed purchase orders.

As an alternative, you can view the closed transactions by filtering them on the Expenses page. Here's how:

  1. Click Expenses.
  2. Go to the Expenses tab.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Under Type, select Purchase order.
  5. Under Status, select Closed.
  6. Change the dates if necessary.
  7. Click Apply.

You can print the list by clicking the Printer icon above the TOTAL column. Or, export it to Excel by clicking the Arrow up icon on the same column.
