How can i remove online bill pay?

Thank you for posting here in Community @jerrybarn,

Let me share with you some of my ideas about bill payment. If you're trying to remove the bill payment literally, you can delete the bill payment in QuickBooks Online. You can follow these steps on how to delete or remove your bill payment:

  1. Go to the Expenses tab.
  2. Choose Vendors.
  3. Look for the customer where the bill associated.
  4. Click the bill you want to delete.
  5. At the bottom portion, click More.
  6. Select the delete option.

If you're trying to delete a scheduled payment or recurring bill transactions, you can follow these steps. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Recurring transactions tab, then choose Bill.
  3. Search for the Recurring Bill payment you want to delete.
  4. Click the Edit dropdown arrow.
  5. Choose the delete option.

How can i remove online bill pay?

I have a client who wants the online bill pay option to be removed completely in QuickBooks online. The only option that needs to be available is to set up a check to be printed later. How can this be done?

Welcome to the thread, @Featherman.

If you'd want to disconnect your Online Bill Pay app, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Click Apps from the left menu.
  2. Hit My Apps.
  3. Select the Action ▼ drop-down menu, then DisconnectNote: If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, tap Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings page.
  4. Complete the short questionnaire.
  5. Pick Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

Additionally, I want you to get the most out of QuickBooks for your business. You can check some articles that are designed to help you get acclimated to the software. They can be accessed at the following link: QuickBooks Tutorials.
