Let's get this corrected by contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Team. They have the tool to change the primary address to appear on your checks and W-2s.
To do so, they need to pull up and verify your account in a secure environment. Here's how to contact them:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Let's talk.
- Choose a way to contact us.
