How do I create a delivery note from a estimate or invoice?

At this time, a delivery note is available for the UK user. In the meantime, you can print a packing slip from the Customers page in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then select Customers.
2. Click the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
3. From the Transaction List tab, select an invoice or a sales receipt for which you want to print a packing slip.
4. Select the Batch actions drop-down.
5. Hit Print packing slip.

The terms used in QuickBooks Online (QBO) differ between countries, @info808.

The Packing slip and Delivery note are just the same. In this case, there isn't an option to change the form to a delivery note from the packing slip.
