How do I create an expense from an uploaded receipt that has the category owner's contribution?

Here is my scenario:

>Transactions

>Receipts

>Select Review on an uploaded receipt.

 

Currently, there is no way to add Owner's Contribution in a way that allows me to then take the receipt and 'create expense' the receipt. It would be wonderful if there were a way to upload receipts and be able to 'create expense' from the receipt. In order for this to happen one needs to be able to enter category and then the amount and then enter a second category 'owner's contribution' and then enter a negative amount.

 

Right now I'm forced to screenshot each receipt I uploaded via the QB phone app and then save it to a folder on my computer and then create an expense and upload the receipt. I really like using the QB app to upload receipts. Would love it if I could categorize those receipts as needed when it qualifies under the 'owner's contribution' category.

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software. As of this moment, creating expense from the receipt under owner contribution is not possible. Though, if you wish to create an expense from the receipt you need to select a different type of account for this transaction.
