How do I email a contractor a follow-up w-9 form request?

Good day, Sam Taylor.

I'll send you a reminder or follow-up email on the W9 request. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and proceed to the Contractors tab.
2. Look for the name of the contractor and click on it.
3. Click the Send a reminder link. 
4. Verify the email address and click Send.
