How do I find an invoice entered and printed?

Let's go ahead in the Sales section to find the entered invoices in your QuickBooks account. Here's how:

1. Go to Sales on the left panel.
2. In the Invoices  tab, you'll see the list of invoices you've created. Another way is to go in the Customers tab and view the invoices of your customer by selecting their name.
3. You can filter the correct date and invoice to easily find them.

To find the printed ones, these are the steps that you can follow:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Audit log under Tools.
3. Click on View for the invoice. In the Printed section, you'll see Printed or Not printed.
