Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I can see how being charged extra for one account can be frustrating. Rest assured, we will get this sorted out. I've included the steps to contact support below.
1. Click Help (?) in the top right corner.
2. Hit Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
4. Choose a way to connect with support (Chat, Call Back, Etc.).
That's all there is to it. Additionally, you can check out Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online for details about managing your account.
