1. Click Help (?) in the top right corner.
2. Hit Contact Us at the bottom.
3. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
4. Choose a way to connect with support (Chat, Call Back, Etc.).
That's all there is to it. Additionally, you can check out Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online for details about managing your account.
