I can point you in the right direction so you can print the invoice showing the correct service date.
If you’re using an invoice with different line items, the option to only print the first line is currently unavailable. Since the date for lines two and three are incorrect, you have to manually update the transaction and change the service date and then reprint it.
We want to make things convenient for you. If you’d like to add more control when printing transactions, you can send your request straight to our Product Development Team.
Suggestions like this are helpful in identifying the features our clients want the most for consideration in future enhancements. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Feedback.
