Currently, QuickBooks Desktop only accepts .DES file type for templates. We can look for Word(.DOCX) to .DES file type converter online.

After converting the file, we can already import it to the program. Here's how to do it:

1. Click Lists at the top menu and select Templates.
2. Click the Templates button at the bottom and select Import.
3. Look for the converted file and click Open.
4. Click OK.
