How do I import journal entries in QuickBooks online?

Welcome to the Community. As an insight, the option to import journal entries to QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn't available at this time. However, you can manually create journal entries to record your transactions. 

Here's how:

1. Click the +New menu.
2. Select Journal entry, then enter all necessary details to create your journal entry.
3. Click Save and new or Save and close.

In the meantime, you'll also want to look for a third-party app in our Apps store. You can search and select for a journal entry importer compatible with QuickBooks.
