How do I inactivate multiple contractors at one time

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @lbjonskaas.

At this time, we don't have a way to inactivate contractors in bulk within QuickBooks Online.  You'll need to be do this individually by:

  1. From the left menu, click Workers and select Contractors
  2. Search and select the contractor's name.
  3. Below the contractor's name, click the Active drop-down and select Make as inactive.

Let me know if you have additional questions.  I'll be around if there's anything else that you need help with.
