You will have to select the Name (Customer, Vendor, or Employee), and account, so the journal entry is linked to your transactions.
I've got a sample screenshot here for a reference:
If you want to know the accounts affected on each transaction, you can open the Transaction Journal.
Here's how:
- Open a transaction. For example: Invoice, Bill, or Expense.
- Click More located at the bottom, and select Transaction Journal.
