It'd not the entire invoice amount that I want to reclass. It's just the shipping charges.
I do not want to reclassify the invoice, I just want to reclassify the shipping amount as an expense.

You'll want to create an item for your shipping fee and add it on your invoice. Let me guide you how.
Once done, add this as another line item on your invoice. This process will help you classify your shipping amount as an expense.
