Take a picture of your printed receipt both front and back. Then combine the pictures to become one. This is to avoid duplicate transactions once uploaded. Uploading them 1 by 1 will create two expenses which will cause duplicates.
Once saved in your computer, upload the file to your QuickBooks account. I’ll show you how:
On the left panel, select Banking.
Click Receipts, then Hit the link that say’s” browse to upload”.
Choose the file that you save for the taken picture.
Once done, click Review.
Uploading it to QuickBooks Online will automatically match the receipt and tag it as expense in your books.
