How do I unlink a personal credit card I no longer want to use for business expenses?

I've got all the steps you'll need to unlink the credit card account you no longer use, @kirtw.

When you disconnect your account from online banking, this stops QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. QuickBooks deletes transactions that still need to be categorized in the For Review tab.

The following steps will ensure your success:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu. Then, select the Banking tab.
  2. Choose the tile for the bank account.
  3. Click the Pencil ✎ icon and select Edit account info.
  4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  5. Click Save and Close.

You can also refer to this guide for more info: Disconnect or delete accounts connected to online banking.

You can reconnect it any time to start downloading transactions again.
